How to post a listing on flat.kg

How it works

• Sign in or register and add your phone number to your profile — buyers will see it.
• Request points in your account — from 10,000 — and leave a phone number: a moderator will call you and credit the points, and you pay for them by transfer right after that (1 point = 1 som).
• Create a listing: photos, price, address, description.
• Submit it for moderation — once approved, it appears in the catalog.

Prices

• One listing — 1,000 points for 30 days. Days count from approval; if rejected, the points are returned.
• Realtor package — 10,000 points for 30 days, unlimited listings.
• Premium — a spot on the home page and at the top of the catalog, won at a weekly auction: from 100 points a day.

Rules

• One property — one listing. A repeat of a property already on the site is not accepted, even from another realtor: the listing that came first stays. Photos and property details are compared.
• Real properties only, your own photos and an honest price. Moderators may reject a listing and will explain why.
• Editing a published listing (except the price and the sold/rented status) sends it back to moderation.
• Buyers see the author's phone after a quick human check. Questions about these listings go to the author — Aziza Talantbekovna does not consult on them.

Premium auction

• There are 6 premium spots on the home page. Bids are accepted for a week — Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, Bishkek time.
• The 6 highest bids win spots for the following week and pay their bid × 7. If bids are equal, the earlier one wins.
• A bid starts at 100 points a day, in steps of 10. The amount is held right away and returned if the bid does not win. Bids can be raised, but not lowered or withdrawn.
• The listing must be paid up until the end of the display week.

Points

1 point = 1 som at purchase. Points are an internal unit for paying for flat.kg services: they are not money, cannot be transferred to other users and cannot be exchanged for money.
