Registration and Legal Matters
Residence Registration
Kyrgyz citizens and TRP holders are required to register their place of residence with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For rental apartments:
- Landlord's written consent required
- Passport
- Rental agreement
For Foreigners
Obtain a visa or temporary/permanent residence permit (TRP). Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for current requirements.
