Where to Search for a Rental Apartment

OLX.kg - the largest platform with thousands of listings. Filters by district, price, and number of rooms. Main downside: many intermediaries posing as property owners.

Lalafo.kg - alternative platform, fewer listings but sometimes has options not found on OLX.

Facebook groups: "Аренда квартир Бишкек", "Квартиры Бишкек без посредников" - live listings from owners.

Telegram channels: several active rental channels for Bishkek, search by keywords.

Through a realtor: if your time is worth more than money - a realtor will filter options, verify documents, and help with the contract. Commission: 50-100% of monthly rent.
